We take care of your bookkeeping so that you can focus on growing your business!
Being a small business owner can be a hard juggling act, especially getting to grips with aspects of the business that may not be your forte. It can be difficult to know where to turn and how to move forward effectively. As a small business owner herself, Angela recognises this, and is therefore committed to helping other businesses by providing her bookkeeping expertise so that companies can get on with running their business.
Angela believes that the secret to success is to focus on the areas that you're good at, these being the aspects that 'add value' to your business, enabling it to grow whilst having the confidence to let other people take care of the rest.
Proud Bookkeeping has over 10 years professional experience as a bookkeeper in large corporates, small private companies and charities, ensuring that you know you’ll be in safe hands.
Angela, Proud Bookkeepers owner, is also a fully qualified and certified bookkeeper, holding a Practice Licence with The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
About our Owner...
Part of what Angela loves so much about having her own business, is having the ability to work with so many clients, that vary in each case. No matter what area of business, it seems that many have the same issue… they don’t want to do their own bookkeeping! Angela recognised that this is where her talents lie, and set up Proud Bookkeeping to help others thrive in their own business, leaving her to help them with their accounts.
Angela is also keen to help share her knowledge, training those who want to get to grips with the software themselves. She will identify which software will work most effectively for them, then guide them step by step to allow them to feel confident inputting the right information.
Outside of the business, Angela is a keen seamstress, and loves creating art from fabric and thread. When not getting creative, Angela enjoys sitting back and relaxing with a glass of red wine. Angela is married with two grown children and a very spoilt Parson Jack Russell – Seth. She often enjoys short weekend breaks away with her husband, exploring the landscapes of Britain.
"Life is too short, don't waste it doing the things you don't need to do yourself, leave it to someone else and enjoy time with family and friends."
